How long does it take to get my order?
The average lead time for custom embroidered headband orders is 7-10 business days, plus shipping.
Can I get both sides embroidered?
Embroidery on one side of the headband is included in the price. if you would like to embroider the other side of the headband, there is a $5 additional charge.
What the maximum length I can get?
We recommend 6-10 characters.
Are there multiple font options?
At this time, we only offer one font option.

Will I receive a proof of my headband before it's made?
A proof of your headband is available upon request. Otherwise, we will create your headband exactly as it is described in your order.
