Bulk order discounts start when you order 10 or more headbands.
- 10–24 headbands = $25.50 each (15% off)
- 25–49 headbands = $22.50 each (25% off)
- 50+ headbands = $19.50 each (35% off)
Plus tax & shipping. No sales tax if you’re outside Missouri.

How It Works
Step 1 - Fill out the Bulk Order Inquiry Form. Tell us your fabric, thread color, text, quantity, and when you need them.
Step 2 - We'll get back to you within 48 business hours with a personalized quote. We'll confirm that we have your fabric color and that we can meet your requested "in-hand" date.
Step 3 - Once you approve and pay the invoice, we'll get started on your order.
Step 4 - You'll receive a notification once your order is ready to ship.

Customization Options
Fabric Colors
- Standard: Black, Navy, Royal Blue, Kelly Green, Purple, Hot Pink, Light Pink, White
- Want something extra fun (like gingham)? Just ask — we’ll try our best to make it happen. There's a spot on the Bulk Order Request form for you to add these details.
Thread Colors
- We have 12 standard color options available
Embroidery
- One font style (simple & timeless). Best with 8–10 characters — less really is more.
- Standard: one side included.
- Add embroidery on both sides for +$5 per headband.
Shipping & Payment
- Our standard turnaround for bulk orders is 2–3 weeks plus shipping. In a hurry? No worries—we can rush your order or upgrade shipping for a small fee.
- All headbands ship together to one location (need multiple addresses? No problem, just extra shipping).
- We’ll email you an invoice, and payment must be received before we can begin your order.
