With this option, your group purchases headbands in advance at a discounted rate. The more you buy, the more you save. Perfect if you want inventory on hand and the maximum savings.

  • Want something extra fun (like gingham)? Just ask — we’ll try our best to make it happen. There's a spot on the Bulk Order Request form for you to add these details.

Thread Colors

  • We have 12 standard color options available

Embroidery

  • One font style (simple & timeless). Best with 8–10 characters — less really is more.
  • Standard: one side included.
  • Add embroidery on both sides for +$5 per headband.

How do I place an order?

To order bulk headbands, you will first need to complete the Getting Started Form.

What happens after I submit the Getting Started Form?

After you submit the Getting Started Form, we will review the details, follow up with any questions, and provide you with a personalized quote within 24-48 hours.

How much do the headbands cost?

Bulk order discounts start when you order 10 or more headbands.

  • 10–24 headbands = $25 each
  • 25–49 headbands = $22 each
  • 50+ headbands = $20 each

Plus tax & shipping. No sales tax if you’re outside Missouri.

Can I mix and match colors?

Yes, you can have multiple headbands and thread colors in a single order. You can also have multiple variations of the text.

How long will it take to get my headbands?

The average lead time for bulk orders is 2-3 weeks. We will confirm your estimated delivery date when we follow up with your personalized quote.

Can I get embroidery on both sides?

Yes, but there is an additional $5 fee.

Can I have my headbands shipped to multiple locations?

We prefer to ship all bulk order headbands to one location. Shipping to multiple locations is available for an additional fee.

How does invoicing work?

After you submit the Getting Started Form, we will confirm we have your fabric and can meet your requested "in-hand" date. We will also send you a link to an invoice for the total amount of your order.

Will I get a proof to approve?

A proof is available upon request.

Can you embroider symbols or images?

At this time, we do not embroider symbols or images.

Are there different-sized headbands?

All of our headbands are one-size fits most. We usually find that they fit best on women and girls age 5+.

Are these headbands comfortable?

Yes, our custom embroidered headbands start on the same flexible base as all Andie Pink headbands.
