We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery HERE with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that defects must be reported before the item is worn or used.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Customizations made incorrectly due to information provided by the customer
• Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse
• Orders placed in error
